The factory was built in 1993 and is located in Xikeng-laowei industrial area,Guanlan town, Shenzhen, it occupied ten thousand square meters with graceful environment.

Our main technological process including: aluminium section extruding; mould design and manufacture; aluminium section deep process; wire drawing; polishing; sand blasting; anodic oxidation; silk printing. Our workshop possess 600 – 1800 MT aluminium section extruded machine;high temperature blankets automatic transmission production line. Mould making workshop possess multiple advanced line cutting equipment, and spark machine with our advantage of high mould making level. There are also CNT digital control drilling and milling machine;double head saw; hydraulic saw and puncher in our processing workshop. The complete technological process can benefit to reduce the production turnover times for semi-finished products, to avoid the damage during transportation,improve the production efficiency, reduce the cost of production,and to insure the quality and delivery time.

Our another main product is aluminium oxidation additive,we researched and produced the surface treatment of aluminium section earlier, the quality and the performance are one of the best In China. The products of CH-Y series includes alkali corroded additive, acid corroded additive, and hole sealing additive which can treat the surface of aluminium section smoothly, the advantage is low material cost,good result and groove liquid non-ageing.
